Day 1: Transfer from Kampala / Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Your safari begins early in the morning with a pick-up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. After breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to southwestern Uganda in a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle.
Your journey takes you along the Kampala–Masaka highway, with a stopover at the Equator line in Kayabwe for photos and a brief educational experience. You will then proceed through the towns of Mbarara and Kabale, enjoying views of rolling hills, banana plantations, and grazing Ankole cattle.
A lunch stop will be made en route before continuing into the mountainous region of Bwindi. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge, relax, and enjoy dinner as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing conducted by the Uganda Wildlife Authority guides. During this session, you will be assigned to a gorilla family based on your fitness level, with a maximum of 8 trekkers per group.
The trek begins as you enter the dense rainforest of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, accompanied by armed rangers and expert trackers. Gorilla trekking is a unique and unpredictable experience, as the gorillas move freely within the forest. The trek can take anywhere between 2 to 8 hours depending on their location.
Once you locate the gorilla family, you will spend one hour observing them—watching their behavior, interactions, and daily routines. This close encounter is both powerful and unforgettable.
After the trek, you will return to the headquarters where you will receive a gorilla trekking certificate. You will then transfer back to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Evening Game Drive
