Day 1: Entebbe – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Flight Transfer)

Your safari begins with an early morning transfer to Entebbe Airport for a scheduled domestic flight to Kisoro or Kihihi airstrip. The flight, lasting approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, offers spectacular aerial views of Uganda’s diverse landscapes.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your driver-guide and transferred to your lodge located near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After check-in, enjoy a relaxed afternoon surrounded by the tranquil forest environment.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience

After an early breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters for a detailed briefing on gorilla trekking guidelines. You will then be assigned to a gorilla family in a group of up to eight participants, based on fitness levels.

Accompanied by experienced rangers, you will venture into the dense forest in search of the gorillas. The trek can take between 2 to 8 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas. Once located, you will spend one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat—watching their interactions, feeding habits, and gentle behavior.

After the trek, return to the headquarters where you will receive a gorilla trekking certificate. You will then transfer back to your lodge for relaxation.

Day 3: Bwindi – Kibale National Park

Following breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Kibale National Park. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside landscapes, traditional homesteads, and the historic town of Kasese, known for its copper mining heritage.

You will continue to Fort Portal, a charming town set against the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains, arriving in the evening.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Swamp Walk

After breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before entering the forest for chimpanzee tracking. This exciting trek offers the chance to observe chimpanzees as they swing through trees, forage, and communicate.

After returning to the lodge for lunch, you will proceed for an afternoon walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. This guided walk introduces you to a rich ecosystem filled with bird species, monkeys, and local community interactions.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Kibale – Kampala / Entebbe

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala or Entebbe by road. The drive offers scenic views of tea plantations, crater lakes, and rural landscapes.

You will arrive in the evening in time for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Ugandan safari experience.

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Kampala or Entebbe. After breakfast, you will drive شمالwards to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot. This close encounter with rhinos in the wild is both thrilling and educational.

After the activity, continue to Masindi for a relaxed lunch break before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park. As you enter the park, the scenery transforms into rolling savannah plains dotted with wildlife.

Arrive at your lodge in the evening, check in, and unwind as you prepare for the adventures ahead. Dinner and overnight stay at either Paraa Safari Lodge (Luxury) or Pakuba Safari Lodge (Mid-range).

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari

Start your day early with breakfast before heading out for a sunrise game drive. This is the best time to catch predators such as lions and, if lucky, leopards returning from their ночurnal hunts. You will also encounter herds of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and various antelope species across the open plains.

Return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Nile River toward the base of Murchison Falls. This relaxing yet wildlife-rich excursion offers sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species along the riverbanks.

After the cruise, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Top of the Falls Visit and Return to Kampala/Entebbe

After breakfast, check out and drive to the top of Murchison Falls. Here, you will witness the Nile squeezing through a narrow 7-meter gorge before plunging dramatically вниз—an awe-inspiring natural spectacle.

After enjoying the views and taking photographs, begin your return journey to Kampala or Entebbe. You will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred directly to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk

Morning chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest. Return for lunch. In the afternoon, explore Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for birdwatching and community experiences. Overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Evening Game Drive

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy an evening game drive upon arrival, spotting elephants, lions, buffaloes, and more. Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 6: Crater Lakes & Kazinga Channel Cruise

Morning exploration of crater lakes and wildlife viewing in the Kasenyi plains. Afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Return to lodge for dinner.

Day 7: Ishasha Game Drive – Transfer to Bwindi

Early departure through Ishasha sector for possible tree-climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking Experience

Early briefing followed by gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest. Spend one hour with a gorilla family before returning to the lodge for rest and reflection.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Arrive for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing or enjoying optional canoe rides and scenic views.

Day 10: Return to Entebbe – Departure

Drive back to Kampala and continue to Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight. Lunch en route.

Day 1: Transfer to Fort Portal

After breakfast, you will be driven to Fort Portal, a scenic town located at the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. You will enjoy lunch en route while passing through Uganda’s beautiful countryside. In the evening, you will visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided nature walk where you may spot primates, birds, and unique wetland species. Overnight at Chimpanzee Forest Lodge (Luxury) / Kibale Tourist Safari Lodge (Midrange).

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, you will enter Kibale Forest for chimpanzee tracking and a forest walk. Later, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an en-route game drive. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge, enjoy dinner, and relax. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury) / Marafiki Safari Lodge (Midrange).

Day 3: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise – Transfer to Ishasha

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. Later, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, offering exceptional wildlife viewing along the shores. After lunch, proceed to the Ishasha sector for an evening drive before checking in for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Ishasha Game Drive – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Enjoy a morning game drive in Ishasha in search of tree-climbing lions and other wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes. After lunch, continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Leisure Lodge (Luxury) / Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge (Midrange).

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

After an early breakfast, enter Bwindi Forest for a guided gorilla trekking experience. You will trek through dense vegetation until you find a habituated gorilla family, then spend one hour observing them. Return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive where you may spot zebras, impalas, elands, and buffaloes. Check in for dinner and overnight at Mihingo Lodge (Luxury) / Kigarama Wilderness Lodge (Midrange).

Day 7: Full Day at Lake Mburo National Park

Spend the day at leisure with optional activities such as a guided nature walk or game viewing. All meals will be at the lodge. Optional activities are available at an additional cost.

Day 8: Lake Mburo – Transfer to Entebbe

Start the day with a morning nature walk and optional boat safari. After lunch, begin your journey back to Entebbe. Arrive in the evening and check in at Protea Hotel Entebbe / Papyrus Guest House for overnight stay.

Day 9: Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.

After lunch en route, continue your journey into the park. Day 2: Game Drive and Nile Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive where you will explore the savannah plains and encounter elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and lions. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise upstream to the base of Murchison Falls, where you will witness powerful waters, hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park via Fort Portal

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls and journey through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy views of the Rwenzori Mountains as you drive towards Fort Portal. Lunch will be served en route before continuing to Kibale Forest National Park. Arrive in the evening for relaxation and overnight stay at Chimpanzee Forest Lodge (Luxury) or Kibale Tourist Safari Lodge (Mid-range).

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking Experience

After an early breakfast, attend a briefing from park rangers before entering Kibale Forest for chimpanzee trekking. The experience begins around 8:00 am and may last up to early afternoon depending on the location of the chimpanzees. After the trek, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch followed by an evening game drive across the park’s vast savannah. Expect sightings of lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, antelopes, and primates.

Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury) or Marafiki Safari Lodge (Mid-range).

Day 6: Kasenyi Plains, Crater Lakes & Kazinga Channel Cruise

After breakfast, explore the Kasenyi plains and crater lakes region, known for high wildlife activity including Uganda kobs, lions, and buffaloes. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, offering excellent wildlife viewing and sunset photography opportunities.

Day 7: Return to Kampala / Entebbe

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala or Entebbe, passing through scenic countryside and small towns such as Mbarara. Arrive in the evening for drop-off at your hotel. Dinner is not included.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drives in Narus Valley

After an early breakfast, embark on a morning game drive in Narus Valley. Expect to encounter large herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and predators such as lions and cheetahs. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

In the afternoon, proceed for another game drive along the Nagosokopire circuit. This route offers excellent wildlife sightings and breathtaking sunset views over the Nyangea mountain ranges. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Kidepo River Valley, Hot Springs & Nature Walk

After breakfast, drive to the Kidepo River Valley and visit the hot springs area via scenic viewpoints including Lopelopongoria. Enjoy panoramic views of the park and observe wildlife such as ostriches in the open plains.

Return to the lodge for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk where you will explore the park’s ecosystem at a slower pace, learning about flora, fauna, and animal tracking. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Return to Kampala / Entebbe

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala with en-route stops for scenic viewing and lunch. Upon arrival in Kampala or Entebbe, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.

Day 1: Transfer to Jinja – Adventure Begins

After an early breakfast in Kampala, you depart for Jinja, the adventure capital of East Africa. On arrival, you may take part in optional activities such as quad biking, horse riding, bungee jumping, or visiting the Source of the Nile. Lunch is en route. The evening is at leisure to relax and enjoy the serene Nile environment. Dinner and overnight stay in Jinja.

Day 2: White Water Rafting – Return to Kampala

After breakfast, you head out for an exciting Grade 5 white water rafting experience on the River Nile. This thrilling adventure takes several hours as you navigate powerful rapids under professional guidance. After lunch in Jinja town, you drive back to Kampala. Arrival in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Depart early from Kampala and begin your journey to southwestern Uganda. Stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for photos and a brief experience. Continue through Mbarara where lunch is served en route. The drive continues through the scenic Kigezi Highlands, known for terraced hills and stunning landscapes. Arrive in Bwindi in the evening, check in, and relax in preparation for the gorilla trekking experience the next day.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi

After an early breakfast, you proceed to the park headquarters for briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You are then assigned a gorilla family and begin the trek into the dense rainforest. The hike may take between 2 to 6 hours depending on gorilla movement. Once located, you spend one unforgettable hour observing the gorillas in their natural environment. After the trek, you receive a gorilla trekking certificate and return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Bwindi to Kampala / Entebbe Departure

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport. Enjoy scenic views along the way with a lunch stop en route. You may also stop at craft markets for souvenirs before continuing to your final destination for your departure flight.

Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park

Your safari begins with an early breakfast, followed by a scenic drive to Kibale National Park. Along the journey, you will pass through vibrant local villages, roadside markets, and beautiful landscapes that showcase Uganda’s countryside.

You will stop for a delicious local lunch and later visit a stunning crater lake, where you can enjoy panoramic views and take memorable photos. Upon arrival in Kibale, you will check into your lodge surrounded by lush forest.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your chimpanzee trekking experience. Guided by experts, you will enter the forest in search of chimpanzees, listening to their calls and observing their behavior up close.

After the trek, you will have lunch and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This park is famous for its diverse wildlife and scenic landscapes.

In the evening, enjoy a game drive where you may encounter elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and possibly lions as they become active.

Day 3: Game Drives and Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Start your day with an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, known for large herds of elephants, lions, and other wildlife. Each game drive offers a unique experience as animals roam freely in their natural habitat.

In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. This area attracts a high concentration of animals, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography.

Optional: Lion tracking experience for a more in-depth wildlife encounter.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Ishasha Sector and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After an early breakfast, you will drive through the park towards the Ishasha sector, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions. You may spot these unique lions resting in fig trees along the plains.

Continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, enjoying breathtaking views of hills, forests, and rural landscapes along the way.

Bwindi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Experience

After an early breakfast, you will report to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your gorilla trekking adventure. The trek can take several hours depending on the location of the gorilla family.

Once you find the gorillas, you will spend one magical hour observing them, taking photos, and watching their interactions in the wild.

After returning to the lodge, you will later visit the Batwa community to learn about their traditional forest life, music, and culture.

Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 6: Return to Entebbe and Departure

On the final day, you will begin your journey back to Entebbe after breakfast. Along the way, you will have stopovers for lunch and souvenir shopping.

Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
